About the role

For a global leader in the development and manufacturing of scaffolding systems: Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical scaffolding designs and drawings using AutoCAD, including 2D and 3D design applications.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and design solutions tailored to customer requirements and project needs.
Provide technical support to customers and collaborate closely with the Sales Team, designers, procurement representatives, and other stakeholders.
Support large-scale projects across the construction, industrial, and event sectors, ensuring the appropriate application of the company's scaffolding systems.
Review and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation to identify project requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Present technical design solutions and provide detailed product information to customers, architects, engineers, and design offices.
Advise and train customers on the use, benefits, and technical advantages of company's products.
Conduct technical consultations and, when required, visit project sites to support the implementation of scaffolding solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market research, product development initiatives, and the implementation of local market strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline from a recognized Polytechnic University.
2-4 years of professional experience in technical design, engineering, or the construction sector.
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in AutoCAD design and drafting, with the ability to independently develop accurate and detailed technical drawings.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction documentation, and engineering principles.
Experience in 3D design applications will be considered an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Results-oriented, proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites when required.
