Join our team as Regional Sales Leader for the Fire Business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In this role, you will drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen our market position in fire detection, fire suppression, and Voice Alarm solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Fire Business across Czech Republic and Slovakia.
• Deliver revenue, orders, margin, and market share targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Drive business development and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage key accounts, major projects, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with service, operations, and engineering teams to ensure customer success.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven sales leadership experience in Fire & Life Safety, Building Technologies, Security, or a related technical industry.
• Strong track record of achieving growth and business targets.
• Experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Excellent customer relationship, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to business development.
• Knowledge of the Czech and Slovak markets is highly desirable.
