Such experience demonstrates the analytical rigor, attention to detail, and capacity to grasp complex subject matter that are essential to producing high-quality documentation.

•            Create, update, and maintain document templates using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
•            Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical content is clear, concise, and meets organizational standards.
•            Ensure all documentation adheres to CETS Division formatting, style guidelines and approved lexicons.
•            Track document revisions, maintain version control, and assist with management of document repositories such as Intelshare, MS Teams, etc.
•            Maintains document version control, configuration management discipline, and compliance with program documentation standards and Army/DoD writing guidelines.

•            Develops, revises, and maintains clear, concise, and regulatory- compliant policies, memorandums, standard operating procedures, and official Army correspondence.

•            Ensures all written products meet quality standards for clarity, consistency, grammar, and technical accuracy while adhering to classification, OPSEC, and information handling requirement.
