Junior Creative Technologist (junior/mid)

Prime Prometics is a pro-age beauty brand where AI is part of the daily creative work, from studying competitor ads to generating and editing videos. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both sides: understanding why an ad works, and building the tools that help us make better ones.

The Role

This is a new role: half strategist, half builder. You don’t need to be a developer. You need to love ads, and want to build AI tools and actually use them. It’s a learning role: you’ll work closely with senior strategists and grow into your own area.

What you'll do

• Help build and improve our AI tools for ad production.
• Test new tools, repos and ideas on real ads, judge whether they work, and help the team adopt them.
• Spot data that can make our ads better, like competitor ads, trends and our own results, and build ways to bring it into our tools.
• Keep our systems tidy, documented and running smoothly.
• Make ads with our strategists and editors: research competitors, write hooks, scripts and briefs, and learn from what performed.

Roughly half your week goes to building tools and half to making ads.

You’ll fit if you

• Have built something yourself with AI or automation tools, and can show it.
• Have a creative eye: you can tell a strong visual or ad from a weak one, and explain why.
• See the bigger picture and connect tools, data and people into something that works.
• Are curious about ads, AI and new technology, and excited rather than scared when things change.
• Are resourceful, take ownership and work things out on your own.
• Write well in English and pay attention to detail.
• Bonus: a business or marketing background, experience with data, or some coding.

SALARY: Salary starts from 1700 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
