As a Maintenance Manager, Assistant Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor, your role is essential to ensuring the safety, functionality, and upkeep of our hotel’s facilities and equipment. Depending on your position, you’ll lead, coordinate, or supervise maintenance operations, helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Respond to complex maintenance requests: Lead and coordinate the resolution of guest and team member work orders involving various hotel systems, equipment, and facilities, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance: Ensure regular inspections, testing, servicing, and repairs of hotel facilities, machinery, equipment, and systems to maintain optimal performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support event setups and operations: Coordinate and supervise the setup, operation, and teardown of equipment, lighting, power systems, and other technical requirements for meetings, exhibits, and banquets.
• Document and escalate maintenance issues: Ensure accurate records of inspections, repairs, work orders, and maintenance activities, identifying major repairs, equipment replacements, and potential capital improvement projects.
• Mentor and support team members: Guide, supervise, and develop maintenance team members, promoting technical skills, operational excellence, compliance with safety standards, and proper maintenance practices.
