As a Agente de Entretenimiento, you’re not just ensuring a fun and safe kids & teens club experience – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Greet and assist guests: Welcome guests warmly and enthusiastically, register and collect payment from participants, and respond promptly to requests
• Lead kids’ programming: Supervise and assist children participating in hotel-sponsored camp/club activities such as arts and crafts, story time, swimming, and hiking
• Ensure safety and compliance: Monitor children closely and conduct all activities in alignment with federal, state, local, and company guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of arts, crafts, and creative activities is an advantage. 
• Previous experience in entertainment, recreation, or customer service (preferred).
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with guests of different ages and nationalities.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for organizing activities and events.
