As a Bartender, you are an essential part of the BlueBlood experience. You prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, advise guests on our beverage menu, and ensure that every guest feels welcome at the bar. With your knowledge of classic cocktails and keen attention to detail, you consistently surprise and delight our guests with BlueBlood’s unique signature style and a touch of Peruvian flair. 

You are a visible presence behind the bar, work closely with your colleagues, and contribute to an energetic and welcoming atmosphere. At the same time, you maintain high standards of quality, keep your workspace organized, and continue to develop yourself by staying up to date with the latest trends in the cocktail industry. What will you be doing?

• Preparing and serving classic cocktails with consistent quality and presentation. 

• Creating unique beverage experiences by combining classic recipes with BlueBlood’s signature Peruvian influences. 

• Advising guests on cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, and other beverages featured on our menu. 

• Delivering exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional bar environment. 

• Monitoring and managing inventory, including proper storage and stock rotation. 

• Ensuring the correct use and maintenance of bar equipment. 

• Staying up to date with new developments and trends within the cocktail and hospitality industry. 

• Working as part of a young, dynamic, and international team.

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably preparing classic cocktails.
• You possess strong communication skills in English, knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage. 
• You are hospitable, enthusiastic, and know how to strike the perfect balance between fun and professionalism. 
• You are curious, eager to learn, and open to new techniques and flavors. 
• You thrive in an international work environment and enjoy working with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. 
• You are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. 
• You hold a European passport and are eligeble to work in The Netherlands
