- Perform hairstyling, haircutting, coloring, scalp and hair treatments.
- Deliver spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wellness therapies as certified.
- Conduct guest consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Ensure a personalized, memorable, and professional guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest treatment records where required.
- Promote spa, salon, and wellness services.
- Recommend and sell retail products to meet guest needs.
- Contribute to achieving treatment and retail revenue targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms, salon stations, and equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the spa and salon.
- Participate in training and team meetings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Comply with Hilton policies, brand standards, and service procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
