Proposal Graphics Specialist
- $69,000–$139,400 per year
About the role
The CSO/OTA Proposal Graphics role creates rapid turn, compliant, evaluator aligned visual artifacts that translate complex technical and mission content into clear, compelling graphics tailored for Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) white papers, concept submissions, prototype proposals, and consortium calls. Operating as part of the Defense CSO/OTA Rapid Response Team, the graphics contributor partners closely with Proposal Writers, Solution Architects, Proposal Development leads and Defense Portfolio Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to quickly synthesize narrative inputs and draft concepts into diagrams, workflow models, prototype visuals, value proposition graphics, and submission ready layouts that meet strict CSO/OTA format, clarity, and deadline requirements. They ensure all visual materials reflect the correct acquisition pathway, award instrument, consortium or marketplace submission standards, and rapid response expectations described in the CSO/OTA playbook, while maintaining high aesthetic quality, consistency, and attention to detail so each submission is visually cohesive, professionally formatted, and ready for evaluator review.
