| Educational Background: | Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Accounting/Finance background preferred. |
| Experience Required: | 5–7 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Customer Onboarding, Order Management, or Commercial Operations, with at least 3+ years in a Team Lead/Supervisory role. Experience managing 15+ FTEs in a high-volume BPO/shared services environment, with strong exposure to SLA/KPI management, quality, coaching, performance management, escalations, and stakeholder coordination. Billing/Finance Operations experience preferred, given the nature of the process. |
