Job Summary
Responsibilities & Job Description

• Be the voice and advocate of overall Solution Quality for installed base and new product releases
• Strengthen operational excellence through Solution quality forums, customers insights reviews and proactive Telemetry/Sentiment monitoring; Ensure critical issues are raised, prioritized, and tracked to closure
• Lead field escalation for Solution related issues
• Institutionalize Solution quality process across the product lifecycle
• Provide Quality/Experience leadership to partner with Consumer Print Core Solutions Product Management and TIO teams
• Drive systemic improvement with partners to prevent reoccurrence of issues
• Ensure tighter synergy and integration between Quality HW/FW and Solution teams in terms of process, methodology and collaboration

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• 6-10years of professional work experience in Technical marketing, software QA or engineering
• Experience in Program management preferred
• Good understanding of Solution/Software ecosystem
