Lead way assurance company limited requires the services of an:

Responsibilities:

Assist in legal mattes

Corporate liaison with the Nigerian bar association section of business law, insurance unit and the Nigerian insurer’s association legal committee.

Claim handling and negotiations

Vetting policy wordings (bonds)

Preparing/perusing legal agreements and instruments

Secretarial duties for the company and its subsidiaries

Advisory duties and quarterly returns etc.

Requirements:

Suitable candidates should have obtained a minimum of first degree in law or economics, wit statistical bias.

Higher academic and or professional qualification will be an advantage
