Guide and assist visitors in exploring the exhibition, making their experience interactive and memorable
Engage visitors by providing explanations of exhibition content and EU concepts, sparking their interest
Welcome and facilitate Role Play Game sessions by briefing participants and supporting them throughout the experience
Manage telephone and email inquiries, coordinate event registrations, and maintain an organised schedule
Support the organisation of special events, ensuring they run smoothly
Champion the visitor experience by actively gathering feedback and ideas, driving continuous enhancements to make visits more enjoyable
Design, develop, and conduct educational workshops, tours, and public events
Guide visitors on modern history, European integration, and EU-related topics
Requirements:
You have a good knowledge of European Union topics and are eager to share your knowledge with others
You have a university-level diploma or ongoing university-level studies
A perfect command of Estonian and English is essential; knowledge of any other EU languages is advantageous
Exceptional interpersonal skills, a good sense of humour and a passion for working with people
Confident using standard IT applications and willing to work with interactive multimedia technologies
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and operational requirements
Benefits:
If you're excited about being part of an innovative venue that's all about education, engagement, and bringing Europe to life, then we want to hear from you!
