About the Role

Lead a team building a context platform for an AI-powered data analytics product. The platform helps users understand how AI agents work with their data, identify quality issues, and improve the business context behind reliable results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the engineering team responsible for the context platform.

  • Set technical strategy, review designs, and contribute directly to implementation.

  • Manage and support engineers, setting a high bar while helping them do their best work.

  • Recruit and grow a strong engineering team.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 years of full-stack software engineering experience, including 2 or more years as an engineering manager.

  • Experience managing a team of 3 to 15 engineers and working in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Recent hands-on experience building an agentic or AI-native product.

  • Proficiency in TypeScript; experience with React, Postgres, and Python is valuable.

  • Background building technical products for technical users, such as developer tools or data products, and experience beyond a narrow mobile, infrastructure, or analytics specialization.

  • Strong computer science fundamentals, supported by a relevant degree or equivalent technical experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $221,000 to $295,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Equity details were not provided.
