About the role
About the Role
Build full-stack products that support the operations of an early-stage investment and startup ecosystem. You will work closely with operational teams to turn complex workflows into useful software, with ownership spanning problem discovery, product decisions, interface design, and delivery.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and ship applications for admissions workflows, events, and internal operations.
Develop event tools for registration, coordination, and media handling.
Integrate software with services such as calendars, messaging, email, and data pipelines.
Build AI-powered search and workflow tools, including semantic search, natural-language interfaces, and email classification.
Automate scheduling, notifications, status tracking, email triage, and deadlines.
Create dashboards and analytics that help teams understand pipeline health and operational metrics.
Partner with operations teams to improve workflows and make pragmatic engineering tradeoffs.
What We're Looking For
One to twelve years of experience building and shipping full-stack products.
Experience owning product work end to end, from understanding a problem through UI design, implementation, and deployment.
Strong frontend and backend skills, including experience building polished interfaces and production systems.
Experience with Rails, React, PostgreSQL, or equivalent technologies; familiarity with Python, LLMs, semantic search, and embeddings is relevant.
Recent experience building AI or LLM projects or production features.
Startup or early-stage company experience, with the ability to work autonomously amid ambiguity.
Strong computer science fundamentals, demonstrated through education or substantial projects.
Experience with internal tools, workflow systems, or admissions and CRM-style software is useful.
