Automation Specialist

VirtueStaff is seeking an Automation Specialist to build backend workflows and software connections for a virtual assistant and administrative support company. This role translates efficiency concepts into practical, streamlined solutions by linking software applications, configuring multi-step workflow automations, and reducing manual operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated workflows and cross-platform integrations to convert operational concepts into functional solutions
• Build, configure, and optimize automations within GoHighLevel
• Manage integrations, forms, and custom web elements across WordPress websites and third-party plugins
• Connect project management workflows in Teamwork with communication and productivity tools in Google Workspace
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and test existing automated workflows to ensure continuous operational reliability

Requirements

• Proven experience building workflows and backend automations
• Hands-on proficiency configuring automations inside GoHighLevel
• Working knowledge of WordPress site management, configuration, and plugin integrations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Teamwork project management software
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills for operational coordination
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic abilities to troubleshoot integration breaks
