Job Summary
The Client Relationship Manager is tasked with strategically expanding Cristo Rey Sacramento’s portfolio for Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) partners. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue retention and expansion, and aligning corporate partnerships with the school’s mission. This role combines relationship management, consultative sales expertise, and mission-driven service to ensure long-term partnership success, and meaningful student workforce experiences.

Comments and Other Information
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, sales, or business or nonprofit development work.
Demonstrated success in consultative sales or partnership growth environments.
Strong negotiation, executive communication, and relationship stewardship skills.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and organization judgment.
Alignment with the mission and vision of Cristo Rey Sacramento, a Catholic Mercy-Jesuit school.
Proficiency with data-driven reporting and CRM systems.
Ability to travel locally for partner engagement.
