About the role

You'll be joining a high-performing team focused on helping partners and customers unlock the full potential of Microsoft Security and AI technologies. As a Solutions Architect, you'll act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with partners to design secure, scalable solutions and accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Security, AI and Copilot capabilities. Combining deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, you'll help solve complex business challenges, enable partner success and drive growth across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery and pre-sales engagements, translating customer requirements into secure, scalable Microsoft Security and AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and customers, providing architecture guidance and supporting successful solution outcomes.
• Deliver technical enablement, workshops, demonstrations and presentations that build capability and drive adoption of Microsoft technologies.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Security and Copilot solutions, ensuring alignment with security, governance and compliance requirements.
• Develop technical assets, best practices and repeatable solution frameworks that strengthen partner capability and accelerate customer success.

What you'll bring to the role 

• Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft Security solutions, with expertise across technologies such as Microsoft Entra, Defender, Intune, Purview and Microsoft 365 Security.
• Proven solution architecture or technical consulting experience, with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI and Copilot technologies, including security, governance and data protection considerations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering technical workshops, enablement sessions, demonstrations or presentations to customers, partners or internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical capability, with a proactive, customer-focused approach and a passion for solving complex business and technology challenges.
