Take ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and ongoing performance.

What We're Looking For
Five to fifteen years of experience building products from zero to one as a full-stack engineer.
Strong expertise in at least one full-stack language, with experience in TypeScript, Python, or comparable technologies.
Hands-on experience building AI agents and working with agent SDKs and LLM tools beyond basic chatbot applications.
Experience at a venture-backed startup, including as a founder, founding engineer, or software engineer with substantial project ownership.
A product-minded approach, strong systems thinking, and the ability to work autonomously through ambiguous problems.
Comfort working directly with users and internal teams to understand needs and shape solutions.
