Design Engineer

Design Engineer is responsible for supporting the design and development of Transfer Case products, including engineering drawing creation, design modifications, validation support, and technical coordination. This role supports HMC development programs and collaborates with internal engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

1) Transfer Case Design and Development

• Support design activities for Transfer Case products and components.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
• Support design reviews and implement engineering changes based on customer and project requirements.
• Ensure design deliverables are completed in accordance with development schedules and quality standards.

2) Design Validation and Engineering Support

• Support design verification and validation activities throughout the product development process.
• Analyze test results and provide design recommendations for product improvement.
• Support root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist in resolving engineering issues related to product design and development.

3) Customer Technical Support and Coordination

• Support HMC-related design activities and technical discussions.
• Review customer requirements and support implementation of design changes.
• Communicate design status and engineering updates to internal stakeholders.
• Support development activities to achieve project milestones and launch targets.
