Speech Pathologist - Temporary Contract

Job Summary

We are hiring two temporary, contracted Speech Pathologists to work now through the end of the school year (June 9) to cover maternity leaves. Both positions will likely become probationary for the 27/28 school year.

Requirements / Qualifications

*CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENT*
1. Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential - Language, Speech & Hearing, or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services, or equivalent.

2) Letter of Introduction
3) Three Letter(s) of Recommendation. A minimum of two referencing your work within the last 12 months and a minimum of two supervisor references on your application.

Comments and Other Information

SALARY PLACEMENT:
Based on educational units and years of full-time teaching experience. The maximum placement is Step 11 (10 years of experience).

HEALTH BENEFITS:
Based on the selected provider, full-time employees receive family medical coverage, employee life and vision, and employee or family dental coverage. Part-time employees receive benefits equal to the % worked.

WORK CALENDAR:
The calendar is 185 workdays. All new employees are on an 11-month pay schedule. Returning employees are on a 12-month pay schedule.
