Instrumental Specialist/Accompanist - PC #2910 - North Salinas High School

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Site Administrator, and in collaboration with a certificated
teacher, provide instrumental and/or vocal accompaniment for school choirs and bands
during rehearsals and performances. Assist in leading section rehearsals and full
ensemble practices, providing coaching and instructional support to individual students
and small ensembles, and contribute to the overall preparation and execution of
concerts and musical events. Perform related duties as assigned to support the music
program and enhance student learning experiences.

Minimum Criteria/Qualifications:

Certificated On Campus Individual preferred.

DOJ/FBI Fingerprint clearance

TB clearance

- Salary Placement: External candidates cannot place past step D. Internal candidates will be placed based on CSEA Article VIII (8) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
