NDE Engineer

Perform Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) according to NDE standard and technical specifications; Verify products’ conformity with requirement.

 

您将如何贡献和成长？

 

• Perform NDE upon request from examiner, evaluate & interpret NDE result, and issue reports;
• Review the films and audit the conduct of NDE examiner. Make statistic summary and analysis to see preventive action if needed;
• Insure the state of equipment in using is good and keep NDE field clean;
• Obey the relative procedure or rules of NDE and control the weld repairing;
• Archive films and reports according to relative standard;
• Contact with TPIA in order to review correctness of products NDE;
• Keep safe and clean in NDE field.

As a NDE responsible engineer, the duty should be included：

• Follow up the change of the NDE state standard and make sure execute correctly;
• Insure implement interrelated standards and procedures correctly in manufacture, and supervise NDE engineers’ job;  
• Supervising the running state of the quality system in sub-contractor
• Assessing the NDE inspection results according to the NDE standard and interrelated product technology requirement, and taking responsible for it;
• When necessary, the NDE responsible engineer should review the NDE requirements in the drawings.

 

您是合适的人选么？

 

• College or above degree of NDE related major;
• Qualification for ASME/GB level II from authority agency （RT/PT/MT/UT)
• Above 2 years related working experience with qualification as quality system required;
• Familiar with related specification and standard and comprehend related foreign standard to make judgment in time;
• Good English level in reading, familiar with computer application skill.
