Engineer I, Product & Test
About the role
- Non-conforming materials management, analysis and disposition at probe operation / wafer sort
- Perform test program debugging , revisions and optimization
- Analysis and improvement of Device/product yield
- Test optimization and improvements
- Review and revision of process and product specifications
- Lead technicians and manufacturing line personnel in implementing quality controls and procedure
- Collaboration with operations team on product and yield issues
- Establish close loop communications with BU and FAB engineering on product yield performance and improvements
- BS Engineering, preferably major in Electronics or Electrical
- Experience in test or product engineering at Wafer Probe or Final Test area
- Knowledgeable in Analog and Mixed Signal testing methodologies
- Working knowledge on any Automated Test Equipments is an advantage (Eagle, T2000, Flex, etc)
- Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies
- Analytical with good verbal and oral communication skills
