Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Clinic: 1500 Garner Road, Raleigh, NC 27610
Work Arrangement: Center-Based | Hybrid/Remote Flexibility 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, within clinic operating hours of 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Engagement: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: $95–$100 per hour

About the Role

Triumph ABA is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead the clinical operations of our new center-based ABA clinic in Raleigh, North Carolina.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a clinical program while focusing on what you do best: clinical supervision, staff training, treatment planning, and client outcomes.

You will have dedicated administrative support from a Clinic Manager, who will oversee scheduling, cancellations, center administration, and community outreach to help attract new families.

This allows you to focus on clinical excellence without managing the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of running a clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical aspects of ABA service delivery.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.

  • Conduct assessments, reassessments, and caregiver training.

  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians.

  • Conduct clinical observations and staff training.

  • Monitor client progress and ensure quality, ethical, and evidence-based care.

  • Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, NC LBA, and payer requirements.

  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager to support effective clinical service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Active North Carolina LBA license.

  • Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, and staff development.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.

  • Previous clinical leadership or center-based ABA experience preferred.
