• Liaisons with Legal counsel to provide legal consultant to employees/managers

• HR solutions to internal ER cases and ensure legal compliance

• ER case investigation and follow-up with management and employees

• Employee Service Committee(Labor Union) management

• ESC programs initiatives and implementation

• Government Labor authorities coordination

• Employee engagement activities

• Employee grievance

• PIP management

• Exit interview

• SR activities and audit support

• Strategy manager communication for company wide
