Company Description

Nau mai ki te roopu Arvida | Welcome to Arvida

At Arvida, we create communities with freedom to thrive.

We develop and operate communities that provide independent living and aged care services to older New Zealanders - with a resident-led approach. Each day, our interactions with our team and residents are guided by three values: Being There | In it Together | Look for a Way.

Job Description

Mō te tūranga | About the role

We’re looking for a practical, systems-savvy problem solver to join our People team and provide outstanding support across Arvida’s people systems and employee lifecycle processes.

In this role, you’ll be a go-to person for people-system questions and support, helping our teams use systems confidently and accurately. You’ll work across HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms, troubleshooting issues, maintaining system and workforce data, and supporting processes that connect our systems.

No two days will be the same. You could be investigating a tricky system or integration issue, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, reconciling workforce data, coordinating an employee change, helping a leader navigate a workflow, or creating practical guidance that makes our systems easier to use. You’ll also support Arvida’s work-right processes, including Accredited Employer Work visa activity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, figuring out what’s happening and finding practical ways to make systems and processes work better for the people using them.
