We are looking for an experienced Manual Software Tester Team Lead to join a team working on technological projects at a government ministry in Tel Aviv.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, design, and execute manual software tests.
  • Write and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test documentation.
  • Investigate, analyze, and document software defects.
  • Work with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure software quality.
  • Execute automation tests and work with monitoring tools.
  • Write and execute SQL queries and work with databases.
  • Participate in Agile project environments and testing processes.
  • Apply AI-based testing capabilities and tools where relevant.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 6 years of proven experience in manual software testing.
  • Experience in writing test documentation and test scenarios.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as QC and TFS.Strong troubleshooting and defect investigation skills.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and test execution processes.
  • Experience working with SQL and databases, including MSSQL, Oracle, and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ is an advantage.
  • Relevant training or professional education in software testing or software development.
