We are looking for an experienced SAP Automation Test Developer to join a team working on complex technological projects at a government ministry in Tel Aviv
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests for SAP systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Perform integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with SAP GUI and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Develop and execute automated tests using relevant automation tools.
- Write SQL queries and work with SAP HANA or SAP BW for data validation and testing.
- Identify, investigate, document, and track software defects using tools such as Jira and TFS.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and other project members to ensure system quality.
- Participate in Agile testing processes and work with DevOps tools and CI/CD environments.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP test automation.
- Knowledge of SAP GUI and experience working with SAP systems.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and TFS.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages, such as SQL and C#.
- Experience writing queries in SAP HANA or SAP BW.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test documentation.
- Experience in integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Understanding of Agile testing methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or UFT - Advantage
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker - Advantage
- Relevant academic education, technical training, or professional qualifications in software development, computer science, information systems, or test automation - Advantage
