Summer 2027 Digital Marketing Internship | Hybrid

This internship focuses on supporting Allianz Life Sales & Distribution through various digital project initiatives, leveraging technology and digital strategies to drive sales results and deliver experiences that meet and exceed the needs of our financial professionals, customers, and business partners.

You will have the opportunity to work on the development of marketing materials and campaigns, website content authoring, and projects that support distribution growth across digital channels.

What you do:

• Develop digital marketing campaigns that support Distribution & Sales initiatives
• Author and manage website content
• Analyze website user analytics data for actionable insights
• Support cross-functional collaboration with technology partners on digital initiatives

• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you bring:

• Pursuing a four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related business field.
• The right candidate will have ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously, with strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills
• Experience with HTML, website content management and Adobe Creative Suite

• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range $20/hr - $24/hr 

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
