Customer Service Officer

Description

1. Provide standard and excellent customer service experience to our clients.
2. Keep smooth communication with other venders /shipping agent/booking agent.
3. Ensure GSS work under SOP.
4. Reply GSS query within SLA.
5. To participate in achieving accurate and timely issue of Bills of Lading.
6. Share knowledge and experience with team members.
7. Keep smooth communication with other venders /shipping agent/booking agent.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years’ experience in shipping industry.
2. Good knowledge of the local policies and regulation.
3. Strong execution to ensure the accuracy and validity of the documentation information.
4. Good communication to balance customers' request and policies.
5. Fluent writing and speaking Chinese and English.
6. College diploma or above.
