Senior Launch Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the Program Manager to execute plant production readiness activities according to the overall program timeline, ensuring timely completion of all launch milestones.

 

2.Arrange/fully manage internal Run at Rate and support customer R@R audit for the related new projects

 

3. Collaborate to APQP Events & Millstones upon request

 

4. Lead team to solve the problem during launch phase

 

5. Insure team aware of customer forecast and delivery require earlier, and make sure all deliveries on time with right quality

 

6. Successful transfer projects to plant team during SOP phase

 

7. Responsible to push related person close action plans for all open issues

 

8. Accountable to update Lessons learned for new launch management .

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master in Project management or equivalent

At least 3 years experience in project management,or in production and Industrialization of high volume production parts.

Preferred in the automotive industry with complex project and process

English skills on speaking,reading,listening

Problem analysis and sloving,Strong logical thinking and reporting skills
