As a Manager – Projects, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high‑impact infrastructure and construction projects on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. You will coordinate all phases of project execution, from conceptual design through turnkey contract handover, utilizing your expertise in civil, mechanical, and architectural disciplines. Your role demands proactive risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement to exceed client expectations. You will act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and senior management, driving operational excellence across complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Own the full project lifecycle for turnkey construction projects, from initiation to closeout.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical specifications.

• Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations to secure optimal value and performance.

• Implement robust quality control and safety programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Monitor project progress, conduct variance analysis, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates and facilitating issue resolution.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance future project execution.

• Prepare accurate project documentation, including RFQs, proposals, change orders, and final as‑built drawings.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the project team.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive project management experience in construction or infrastructure sectors.

• Proven track record of delivering complex turnkey projects on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2, Agile).

• Excellent negotiation, procurement, and subcontractor management skills.

• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Revit, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross‑functional stakeholder expectations.

• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
