As a AI Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and launch of cutting‑edge AI solutions that solve real‑world problems. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and design teams to translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring seamless integration of evaluation frameworks and user‑centric features. Your role will involve continuous product iteration, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on schedule and within budget. You will champion a data‑driven culture, driving evidence‑based decisions from prototype to production while fostering cross‑functional alignment.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven features and services.

• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and scaling.

• Collaborate with data science teams to design, implement, and refine evaluation pipelines and metrics for model performance.

• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.

• Advocate for the user by conducting market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis.

• Communicate product updates, goals, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Monitor market trends and emerging AI technologies to inform product positioning and differentiation.

• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and partnership plans.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate on product enhancements based on data insights.

• 2+ years of product management experience in AI or related tech domains.

• Proven expertise in building and scaling evaluation frameworks for ML models.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into product decisions.

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• Demonstrated success in cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, design, and data science.

• Experience with agile product development methodologies and tooling (Jira, Confluence).

• Passion for staying current with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong business acumen and experience in defining product metrics and ROI.
