About the Role
Join a small founding team building AI-powered software for private-market operations. You will lead the core product interface, shaping design systems and review workflows that help users understand and act on AI-generated work.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.
Build product interfaces connecting users with AI agents and operational data sources.
Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to refine product features.
What We're Looking For
1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product intuition and UX craft.
Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
A track record of building workflow-driven interfaces with review, exception-handling, or approval flows.
Practical experience designing AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, as well as conducting user research and usability testing.
Exposure to private markets or financial operations is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
