About the Role
Work directly with the founder at an early-stage fintech and AI company developing technology-enabled investment banking services. You will take high-priority projects from initial research through recommendations and execution, contributing to growth, fundraising, operations, and recruiting.
What You'll Do
Identify prospective clients and partners, develop outreach approaches, and help turn conversations into commercial relationships.
Research investors, refine fundraising materials, build financial analyses, and coordinate diligence and follow-ups.
Source and assess candidates and help create effective operating and recruiting processes.
Research new opportunities, address strategic questions, and execute other high-priority founder-led projects.
What We're Looking For
Zero to three years of experience, including internship experience in investment banking, a high-growth startup, management consulting, private equity, or an adjacent finance field.
Experience across relevant fields is valued, particularly a combination of finance and startup or commercial work.
Experience contributing to financial modeling, fundraising materials, business development, transactions, partnerships, or client outcomes.
Ability to work closely with a founder or senior executive and turn open-ended problems into clear recommendations and action.
Strong judgment, resourcefulness, commercial awareness, and discretion.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The internship is expected to last three to six months. Visa sponsorship details were not provided.
