As a MuleSoft Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect enterprise applications and services across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. You will translate business requirements into scalable Mule 4 flows, craft DataWeave 2.0 transformations, and ensure seamless data exchange through APIs, adapters, and connectors. Collaborating within cross‑functional Agile teams, you will contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous delivery pipelines, delivering high‑quality integration services on time. Your expertise will drive optimization, performance tuning, and robust error handling, ensuring reliable and secure data flows that support critical business processes.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design and implement Mule 4 integration solutions using the Anypoint Platform

• Develop DataWeave 2.0 scripts for data transformation and validation

• Build, test, and deploy APIs and connectors following RESTful best practices

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to extract requirements and propose solutions

• Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production and test environments

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and coverage

• Create comprehensive documentation for APIs, flows, and deployment procedures

• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on emerging MuleSoft features

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in MuleSoft development with a focus on Mule 4

• Proficiency in DataWeave 2.0 for advanced data mapping and manipulation

• Strong understanding of API design principles and producer/consumer patterns

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks

• Certified MuleSoft Developer (DataWeave or Platform Core) or equivalent credentials

• Demonstrated ability to integrate diverse systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS, legacy) in hybrid cloud setups

• Solid knowledge of security concepts, including OAuth, JWT, and TLS

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting

• Effective communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders

• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule with high quality and client satisfaction
