Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate: $32 - $36
Onsite Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Model components to required Levels of Detail (LOD) while following BIM standards and naming conventions.
• Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in alignment with project standards and design intent.
• Update and revise models based on redlines, RFIs, and project changes.
• Maintain model quality through QA/QC reviews, accurate annotations, and proper parameter application.
• Track progress, communicate project issues proactively, and support team coordination efforts.
• Participate in training and continuously adopt new BIM tools, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Drafting, Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 0-3 years of BIM modeling, drafting, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Revit or other BIM software.
• Understanding of construction documents, design principles, and modeling standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment.

Preferences: 

• Exposure to MEP, architectural, or construction-related projects.
• Experience working with Revit in a professional or academic setting.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a BIM-focused career path.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
