We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Corporate Action Manager

In this role you will:

• Manage daily corporate action operations covering Hong Kong securities, China Connect, US securities, structured products, bonds, and US tax reporting.
• Monitor the performance of onshore and offshore teams
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory and Bank requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Support change initiatives, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, and ad hoc projects.

To be successful you will need:

• Relevant university degree or professional qualification.
• At least six years’ experience in the financial sector, including two years in corporate action operations, preferably with exposure to overseas markets.
• Knowledge of CCASS, Euroclear, CMU, and tax reporting operations.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and at least one year of people management experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills, with a strong risk-control mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
