About the role

About the company

Our client is a technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead product management for AI features in a consumer-facing software platform, from early discovery through launch and iteration. The role reports to the chief executive and centers on defining success measures, shaping product direction and shipping quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

What you'll do

- Take AI product features from first discovery through launch and beyond.

- Work with engineering, design and customer-facing teams to build generative prompting workflows and refine AI models.

- Set and monitor success measures for AI features, such as accuracy, conversion and automation impact.

- Shape product direction by finding high-value opportunities in personalization and prompting approaches.

- Ship quickly, iterate often, and lead large, open-ended initiatives from the start.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- Strong hands-on experience building AI products.

- Customer-facing product management experience at leading technology companies.

- Proficiency in vibe coding or rapid prototyping.

- Three or more years of uninterrupted product management work, currently in a hands-on product role rather than a program, growth, marketing or founder or investor position.

- A track record of clear promotions and career progression.

- A degree from an approved list of institutions, as certificates do not count.

- Experience at the 0-to-1 stage at an early or growth-stage startup, not only at large technology companies.

Bonus points

- Prior work on consumer products, ideally in online retail or creator-led audience platforms.
