Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. - Build people analytics and dashboards covering hiring, retention and attrition, then turn the findings into executive presentations and internal programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional special projects, including a brand refresh, using trackers that keep leadership informed.
- Automate and analyze data across internal business systems to streamline onboarding, recruiting and operations.
- Explain technical work to executives, partners and academic contacts, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
