The ideal candidate understands the ETF ecosystem and can translate client objectives into strategic, measurable marketing programs. This individual will manage key client relationships, collaborate closely with Sales and Product, and continuously evolve our partner marketing capabilities through new programs, partners, channels, and activation opportunities.

As a senior member of the Index Marketing team, this role will also lead cross-functional initiatives that help scale the program and support the continued growth of the Index business.

  • Manage partner marketing relationships with key ETF and asset manager clients, assessing their objectives and recommending relevant, scalable Nasdaq marketing strategies and activations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic consultation, and collaborative planning.
  • Translate client and business priorities into integrated marketing strategies designed to increase product awareness, engagement, distribution, and asset growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client marketing programs in partnership with Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously evolve the partner marketing toolkit by identifying new channels, partners, platforms, and activation opportunities.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital media, content, events, web, presentations, client communications, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate internal teams, client marketing partners, agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute programs effectively and on schedule.
  • Partner with the Campaign Center of Excellence, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and other teams to measure campaign performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple partner marketing budgets, including planning, allocation, tracking, reconciliation, and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead complex cross-functional projects that improve processes, create efficiencies, and help scale the Index Partner Marketing program.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, asset management, ETFs/ETPs, or investment products.
  • Strong understanding of the ETF landscape and retail, wealth management, advisor, and institutional distribution channels preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing client-facing or partnership marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and multiple concurrent campaigns or initiatives.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable leading client conversations and presenting recommendations to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Monday.com, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
