  • Approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Flexible workdays within normal weekday business hours
  • No evenings or weekends
  • A small, collaborative team with lower patient volume
  • Employer-funded pension plan: Eligible after 60 days, with immediate vesting and no employee contribution required
This is an onsite position combining clinical and administrative responsibilities. Paid time off and employer-sponsored health insurance are not currently offered.
What You’ll Do

  • Assist providers with patient care, prepare exam rooms, and maintain supplies
  • Perform lab draws and handle specimens
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-up care
  • Coordinate referrals, labs, imaging, and outside services
  • Communicate with pharmacies and assist with refill requests and prior authorizations
  • Collect patient payments and provide general front-office support
  • Help patients navigate their care between office visits
What We’re Looking For
  • A dependable, organized professional with strong communication skills
  • Comfort balancing hands-on patient care with front-office responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate with coworkers, and learn new tasks

  • Recent MA graduates and applicants with CNA, PCT, phlebotomy, or other direct patient-care experience encouraged to apply
  • Primary-care, phlebotomy, or AdvancedMD/similar EMR experience is helpful
