AV Operations Supervisor
Join a leading autonomous vehicle company as AV Operations Supervisor, overseeing daily vehicle operations, safety, and team performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Autonomous Vehicle Operators.
- Oversee daily vehicle testing and fleet operations.
- Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed.
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to operators.
- Coordinate schedules, assignments, and shift reports.
- Assist with software/hardware testing and troubleshooting.
- Work hands-on alongside operators to meet daily goals.
Requirements
- 12+ months of Autonomous Vehicle Operator experience REQUIRED.
- Active AVT permit REQUIRED.
- Excellent driving record.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with autonomous vehicle testing and operations.
- Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be available for one month of training-related travel.
- Must have a driver license for 3 year without gaps
Available Shifts
Day: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM Night: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM on Tues-Sat, Sun–Thurs, or Fri–Tues
