About the role

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Technology Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving successful technology change across the organisation. You'll work closely with technology teams, delivery leaders, stakeholders and communications partners to coordinate enterprise-wide change activities, identify dependencies, manage impacts and support successful adoption of new ways of working.

You'll bring a structured and practical approach to change management, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. From impact assessments and stakeholder engagement through to readiness planning, communications alignment and benefits realisation, you'll help ensure change is delivered in a way that supports our people and achieves lasting outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence multiple technology initiatives while contributing to a cohesive portfolio-wide approach to change.
This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.

  • Coordinate and align change activities across multiple technology initiatives to ensure impacts, timing and engagement activities are effectively managed.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies, sequencing considerations and capacity risks across concurrent programs of work.
  • Develop and deliver change management plans, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness activities.
  • Partner with leaders, delivery teams and stakeholders to support successful adoption and embed sustainable change.
  • Align change activities with technology delivery milestones and implementation schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with communications partners to ensure messaging is coordinated, targeted and effective.
  • Monitor adoption, readiness and change effectiveness, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to portfolio-level reporting, governance activities and change management best practice.

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You have proven experience delivering change management within project, program or transformation environments.
  • Your understanding of structured change management methodologies and frameworks is highly developed.
  • You'll bring strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • You're experienced in managing multiple priorities across concurrent initiatives and programs.
  • You have strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • Your background includes working within technology, digital or transformation-focused environments.
  • You'll be comfortable working with Agile or iterative delivery approaches.
  • You're confident using data, reporting and insights to measure adoption and inform change decisions.
  • You hold a change management certification or bring equivalent practical experience.
