đMile High Denture and Implant Centers located in Englewood, is a specialty dental practice focused on restorative dentistry, dental implants, same-day dentures, and full-mouth reconstructions. We are seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time, Monday-Thursday!

- 1 year minimum of previous dental front office experience

đ Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, occasional half Fridays optional

đľ Compensation: $22-$26/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities:Â Â
- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
Experience:
- 1+ years of dental front office experience is required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
