Ecommerce Sales and Operations Associate

About the Role

The Ecommerce Sales & Operations Associate is an entry-level role open to fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in eCommerce and retail operations. This role is responsible for managing daily eCommerce sales activities, maintaining product listings and pricing, coordinating order fulfillment, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across online channels

Key Responsibilities

• Product Portfolio Management
• • Conduct competitor analysis, product pricing reviews, and market research to benchmark against competing products
  • Update inventory information and promotional pricing across online channels
  • Coordinate with eCommerce partners such as Lazada, Shopee, and other online marketplaces
  • Create and maintain accurate product content and listings across eCommerce stores
• Customer Experience & Operations
• • Support the development of an optimal post-purchase customer experience
  • Coordinate with eCommerce partner couriers to monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve misplaced orders, incorrect deliveries, and other order-related concerns
  • Support special projects, including customer outreach for failed transactions
  • Review sales performance, operational KPIs, and other relevant data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Order Management & Administrative Support
• • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to process orders and ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Handle invoicing and assist in dispute management
  • Conduct market research and data collection to support business decisions
  • Perform other related tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
• Strong interest in eCommerce and the retail industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines through effective time management and prioritization
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms, web frameworks, or tools such as WooCommerce, Shopify, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with online marketplaces, digital retail operations, or sales performance analysis
