Why Lakeshore – A Place to Grow, Contribute, and Connect

We lead with our values: Professionalism, Ownership, Team, Quality, and Positivity, and we live them daily. Whether it’s launching a new kids camp, stepping in to assist a family at the front desk, or recognizing a trainer’s impact, we show up with care and high standards. Our facilities are impressive, but it’s our team culture and commitment to a seamless member experience that make this a truly special place to work and grow.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solution-oriented leader with exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
