THE OPPORTUNITY

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Strategic Programs to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial stewardship for a comprehensive End User Services (EUS) Program. This highly visible position is accountable for program planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes aligned with customer expectations, contractual commitments, and Iron Bow’s strategic objectives.

The Senior Director will lead the annual operating plan and budget, establish program evaluation and governance practices, oversee organizational and workforce effectiveness, and ensure activities comply with customer requirements, corporate policies, applicable regulations, and professional standards. The role also carries substantial financial accountability, including oversight of expenditures, cash flow, accounting records, reporting, and timely, accurate invoicing. The successful candidate will identify and mitigate program risks, translate performance insights into corrective action, and implement improvements that enhance service delivery, strengthen the customer experience, and deliver sustainable value to Iron Bow and its customers.
