About the role
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Material availability, inventory and cost objectives.
- Plan and issue Purchase Orders to suppliers, execute exception messages, and coordinate direct global shipments of parts.
- Follow- up or expedite material with suppliers to ensure needs met.
- Partner with sourcing specialist to monitor global supplier supermarket levels and delivery performance and work with non-performing suppliers for improvement.
- Collaborate with sourcing specialist to improve supplier lead-time to support inventory and company customer service objectives as well as improve their capacity and flexibility to Project Orders.
- Analyze slow moving, nonmoving, excess inventory on a regular interval and take actions to assure inventory optimization.
- Work with Logistics and sourcing specialist to evaluate and determine best shipment mode to optimize logistic cost.
- Keep-up delivery dates, quantities, size, attributes of part numbers, purchase Planning parameters to obtain correct messages of raw material Planning.
- Anticipate any potential material shortage by performing a detailed and objective analysis of the root cause and defining corrective actions to minimize the impact while informing in a timely manner.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Education: Degree in business and/or Engineering or related field.
English: Fully Bilingual
4 or more years in supply chain areas preferably in procurement.
Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa).
